We are ISO 9001 : 2000 certified company by 'TUV NORD', we have started our manufacturing in 1990, with the manufacturing of components required for VCB, and further we have enhance our capability to manufacture the entire Mechanism Assembly required for 12 KV & 36 KV 'Vacuum Circuit Breaker'.  Now we have developed entire Vacuum Circuit Breaker Trolley suitable up to 12 KV, 26.3 KA, & 630 A to 2000 A application. We have the most modern and automated facilities to manufacture these items.

  1. A Compact, Light, weight construction, Optimized to give minimum weight to KA ratio.
  2. A simple motor charged spring operating mechanism noted for its high performance reliability.
  3. A versatile mechanism capable of operating Vacuum Interrupters of any type. Hence, dependence on single source of Vacuum Interrupters eliminated.
  4. Trip free mechanism suitable for repeated auto reclosing duty.
  5. Spring charging time of less than 10 seconds.
  6. Totally enclosed construction for spring charging motor.
  7. Built-in manual charging handle with every circuit breaker for effortless manual spring charging.
  8. Easy visual check of contact erosion.
  9. Superior mechanical endurance limit maintenance required only after 10,000 operations.
  10. A unique 'U' shaped insulation barrier housing for the vacuum interrupters, imparting maximum mechanical strength against electrodynamic forces and provides most effective phase to phase and phase to earth segregation.
  11. A screw type racking arrangement for easy insertion and withdrawal of the Circuit Breaker renders perfect contact pressure, independent of operator's Force.
  12. Closed Breaker can not be moved from test to service position or vice versa.
  13. Breaker can not be closed when it is in intermittent position.
  14. The movement of the selector is blocked when the breaker is in the closed condition.
  15. A closed breaker can not be pushed into test position from withdrawn position.
